Custom Orders: Share Your design ideas, fabric choices, and colors via Our order form. We will confirm feasibility before production. Custom items are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and exclude taxes, duties, or additional fees.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at Our discretion.
Payment Methods: We accept Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure methods.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
Orders are confirmed via email. Title and risk of loss pass to You upon shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days within India. Express options (2-3 days) are available for additional fees.
Free Shipping: On orders over ₹300. Otherwise, shipping starts at ₹50, varying by location and weight.
International Shipping: Available to most countries; rates and customs duties are Your responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events.
